Wow – What can I say about Shine 09? It was our first sold old conference which is so exciting because to me, it says how many of you know and understand the importance of us all being part of the journey together and how passionate you all were about rallying all the women in your world to come along too!
The amount of women (and men for that matter) who volunteered throughout the conference to make it run so smoothly just blows me away! I love that I am part of a church who’s people love to serve. We truly couldn’t have done it without you all.
I loved having our old friend Priscilla back with us who is always so powerful and strong with her word of God, and our new friends, Holly and Vera – they blessed us with their warmth, spirit and testimony. And what can I say about Shane and Shane? Can those boys bring it or what! From the moment they strummed their first guitar cord on stage the presence of God was thick amongst us and I saw almost every women in the place with arms raised and eyes closed – God wanted to meet with us and He did!
Thank you so much to everyone who came and participated, who served, who set up, who prayed with, who prayed for, who drove, cleaned, fed, organized, sacrificed and so many other things to make SHINE what it was. It takes everyone of you beautiful girls in those seats to make it what it was.
I thank God for letting our paths cross in this time and space and look forward to all the things we will accomplish together!

And I thank you Kerri for all the work, the time, the effort, the planning, the love, the prayers and the heart you have toward your church. I am so proud to call you the mother of our church. You inspire me in every way and I love you like my own mother (if we could only coordinate our wardrobe).

Thank you for having a passion for the women & young girls in our House. I love watching my daughters grow in a church that honors & loves them. They have only one way to look & that’s UP to our Heavenly Father. You are an awesome part of that!

Shine 09′ was my 1st! It will not be my last. I was inspired, challenged, and blessed! It was an honor to be able to help, and pray for Women! Thanks Kerri for all of your planning, praying, and passion for all of us! I had so much fun, and God was in the House.

It was Amazing to see the power of God all over the place, God has really impressed in my heart to begin praying and fasting now for next year conference, they are so many other women that need a moment and a touch from God, many of them are christians, I met some women that belong to other churches but they are small, and can’t have anything like Shine, they were so blessed by it.
Thank you so much for all your giving into this Mission field…
We must grow with God’s guidance for the harvest is plenty…praying to the Lord of the harvest to bring the workers.

How amazing! Every Shine has been wonderful but the Lord really touched me in a special way this year. You are so wonderful to go forward with what the Lord wants you to do for the ladies and girls in our community and even around the world. Keep the CONFIDENCE He has instilled in you and His blessings will forever flow.
We literally rocked the house! And God showered us with His amazing love. Thank you to all for another increadibly powerful conference.
Shine was amazing! God was truly present! Thank you for another great year. I can’t wait for next year. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a copy of Vera’s book. Any chance the church will be getting more copies? I can’t find it online either. Or would love to read it if someone wishes to share it when they are done.
