1. Things aren’t always what they seem. I walked in on my Dad assembling my Christmas toys. Bye bye, Santa!

2. If your best friend is beautiful AND insecure, she might try to steal your boyfriend–more than once.

3. He’ s just not that into me. He’s not shy, busy, afraid of commitment, on a spiritual break, focusing on work/sports/school. I have never met a guy that didn’t bust his tail trying to chase a girl he truly loves. Move on, and in doing so retain your dignity.

4. I can’t bake.

5. Do it right the first time or you will have to do it again– and it will be more expensive the second time around.

6. It’s not a good idea for your dog to deliver puppies in the same week you deliver your eldest child. Spay and neuter, people. Spay and neuter.

7. Don’t listen to unsolicited parenting advice. But do seek advice from wise people– often.

8. Don’t respond to emails while you are angry.

9. Unpack RIGHT when you get home.

10. When you can’t hear from God, don’t fill the void with activities. Fast, pray, and read until you hear Him again.

In response to #4 … Tony Horton would have you rephrase that as, “I presently struggle” ;) Stovall may be able to relate in his P90X workout, lol

How precious! These are great, thanks for sharing! I can especially relate to #9. That was the best advice I could have gotten when I had child #2. Kept me on track and still does! (there are 5 of those cuties)

All of them are just great. #10 is one that each and every child of God should put on a mirror and read it when things seem dim, because there is always hope when you do those things. Fast, pray, and read until you hear Him again. Just like Pastor Kerri said it works!!!
