ARC is a church planting association led by a friend of ours, Pastor Billy Hornsby. Billy was on staff at Bethany World Prayer Center in Baton Rouge, LA before moving to Germany with his family to serve as a missionary there for a number of years. He then partnered with Pastor Greg Surrat of Sea Coast Church in Mt. Pleasant, SC to form ARC. Stovall serves on the Board of Directors for ARC along with some of our presbyters and some other good friends.
